I’m a model of reinvention and a trailblazer in empowering marginalized leaders to embrace their full potential. My passion lies in guiding individuals from wearing a mask to experiencing true freedom—freedom to show up authentically in every space, leverage their unique differences for innovation, and lead with confidence and intention.
At the heart of my work is a proprietary approach that unlock a powerful combination, IQ, CQ, and a unique focus on Authentic Intelligence—a concept I’ve coined to describe the deep alignment of self-awareness, emotional depth, and cultural sensitivity. This integrated framework helps leaders and organizations embrace authenticity, unlock innovation, and achieve measurable results.
My journey has spanned:
- Media Leadership: As a former on-air talent and investigative journalist, I honed my skills in communication and storytelling.
- Human Resources and Diversity Training: From managing EEO compliance programs to facilitating courageous conversations, I’ve consistently created spaces where diverse voices are heard and valued.
- Executive Coaching and Intercultural Competence: As a certified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Administrator and NLP Coach, I specialize in helping leaders navigate complex cultural dynamics and build brands rooted in authenticity.
